    Congratulations to our GEP-nominated students who have been selected to participate in the HHMI Summer 2015 EXROP program! These three students will be working in the lab of an HHMI Investigator this summer.

    - Catherine Key, who joined GEP in 2009, has been promoted to Associate Professor with tenure at North Carolina Central University.
    - Stephanie Mel, who joined GEP in 2009, has been awarded tenure at UCSD.
    - Alexis Nagengast, who joined GEP in 2007, has been appointed Chair of Biochemistry and Health Professions Advisor at Widener University.
    - Gerry McNeil, who joined GEP in 2007, has been promoted to full Professor.

    Congratulations to Justin DiAngelo, who started his association with GEP in 2007 at Widener University, and is now an Assistant Professor at Hofstra University. Justin has been named "2013 Mentor of the Year" at Hofstra "for outstanding supervision of undergraduate research in biology in Hofstra College of Liberal Arts and Sciences."     Congratulations to Amy Hark, a member of GEP since 2008, from Muhlenberg College. Amy has been awarded one of two annual teaching awards at Muhlenberg's graduation this year. The citation notes that the Christian R. and Mary F. Lindback Foundation Award for Distinguished Teaching honors a full-time faculty member who exhibits a "...commitment to excellence in classroom teaching and a personal concern towards students' learning."
